1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Lucky Day TCG LLC, doing business as Lucky Rips (“Lucky Rips,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit luckyrips.co, use a Lucky Rips application, create an account, purchase or sell a collectible, request storage or shipment, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy does not cover third-party websites or services operating under their own privacy policies. If a product-specific notice conflicts with this Policy, the more specific notice controls for that product or activity.
2. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on the features you use. It may include:

Please do not send sensitive information we have not requested.
3. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser, device, and use of the Services; from payment processors, identity-verification providers, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention vendors, analytics providers, and customer-support providers; from public sources such as collectible-market data; and from another person when you authorize that person to interact with us.
4. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- Provide accounts, purchases, reveals, inventory records, storage, shipping, buybacks, credits, and withdrawals.
- Process transactions, confirm orders, deliver notices, and provide customer support.
- Verify age, identity, location, payment authority, and eligibility.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, prohibited conduct, and payment abuse.
- Personalize content and remember preferences.
- Measure performance, diagnose errors, improve the Services, and develop new features.
- Send service communications and, with any required consent, promotional communications.
- Administer promotions, responsible-purchasing controls, legal claims, audits, and compliance obligations.
- Protect users, Lucky Rips, and the public and enforce our agreements.
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on performance of a contract, compliance with law, legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, or consent. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers and contractors that support hosting, payments, identity verification, fraud prevention, analytics, communications, customer service, fulfillment, storage, shipping, professional services, and security.
- Payment networks and financial institutions to process purchases, refunds, disputes, buybacks, and payouts.
- Shipping and fulfillment partners to prepare, insure, track, and deliver orders.
- Authorities and other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights and safety, investigate misconduct, or establish and defend legal claims.
- Parties to a business transaction in connection with financing, diligence, reorganization, merger, asset sale, or acquisition, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- Others at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required notice and choice before the change applies.
We may use and disclose information that has been aggregated or deidentified so it cannot reasonably be linked to you. We will not attempt to reidentify information maintained as deidentified except to test whether our deidentification processes comply with law.
6. Your choices
Account information
You may review and update certain account information through the Platform or by contacting us.
Communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message and may reply STOP to promotional texts where available. We may still send non-promotional communications about your account, orders, security, and legal matters.
Device and browser controls
You may control cookies and similar technologies through browser or device settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent some Services from functioning. Where required, we recognize legally valid opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser and device from which the signal is sent.
Location and mobile permissions
You may adjust app permissions through device settings. Some features may be unavailable if required permission is disabled.
Responsible-purchasing controls
Budget limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion may be requested under our Responsible Purchasing Policy.
7. California privacy notice
This section supplements the rest of the Policy for California residents. It applies to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), applies to us and your information.
Notice at collection
We may collect the categories listed in Section 2 for the purposes listed in Section 4. We retain each category only as reasonably necessary for those purposes, including to complete transactions, maintain records, resolve disputes, secure the Services, and satisfy legal obligations.
The CCPA categories that may correspond to Section 2 include identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information; internet or electronic-network activity; geolocation data; audio, electronic, visual, or similar information; professional information if you provide it in a business interaction; inferences; and sensitive personal information such as account login credentials, precise geolocation if enabled, and government-identification information when verification requires it.
We use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by law, such as providing requested Services, processing transactions, preventing fraud, verifying eligibility, and maintaining security. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
Your rights
Subject to exceptions and verification, you may have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected; learn the categories of sources, purposes, and recipients; request deletion; request correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; receive portable information; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a right.
Because we do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, there is no need to opt out of those practices at this time.
Exercising rights
Submit a request by emailing legal@luckyrips.co or writing to the address in Section 12. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to locate and reasonably verify the request. We will use submitted information only to verify and respond. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted; we may request proof of authority and direct identity confirmation.
California “Shine the Light”
California residents may request information about certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for those parties’ own direct marketing as contemplated by this law.
8. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Factors include the duration of your account and storage relationship, transaction and inventory records, legal limitation periods, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and security needs. Retention periods vary by category and context.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials, use a unique password, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
9. Children
Lucky Rips is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
10. International use
Lucky Rips is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. We use legally required safeguards for restricted transfers where applicable.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy prospectively. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. If a change requires consent, it will apply only after consent is obtained.
